Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Classes

Our hybrid CMA program was designed with the working CNA in mind. Can’t take a full week off work to attend class? Now you don’t have to. This flexible program allows you to continue working while advancing your career on your own schedule.

Our Program

Students complete 40 hours of online coursework with 24/7 access to the curriculum, allowing you to study when it works best for you—whether that’s during the day, at night, or on weekends. The course is fully self-paced, so you can move through the material as quickly or gradually as needed within your enrollment period.

After completing the online portion, students will schedule two in-person clinical training days (one weekend) at a healthcare facility. During clinicals, students apply the skills and knowledge learned online while working hands-on under instructor supervision.

What will I learn in the CMA training program?

Throughout the program, students will learn medication administration, safety procedures, infection control, documentation, resident rights, and the responsibilities of a Certified Medication Aide. Lessons include interactive coursework, videos, quizzes, and guided instruction designed to prepare students for both the classroom and real-world healthcare settings.
